El CIP FP Batoi, continua amb les activitats del projecte: "Fem Alcoi. L’Alcoi industrial del segle XX". Així, dijous 21 de gener Rafa Climent, conseller d’Economia, va oferir una conferència sobre la situació econòmica de l’Alcoià-Comtat.

Després de la intervenció del conseller Climent, l’alumnat de 2n curs de Cicle de Cuina i Gastronomia va servir un exquisit menú inspirat en els plats típics alcoians. Més concretament, els primers plats (olives, pericana, borreta i olleta) evoquen les receptes de la classe treballadora mentre que l'arròs i el corder eren més bé menjars de la burgèsia.
Diferents mitjans de comunicació es van fer eco de l'event.
